Born in Reading, he was a son of Beth A. (Billman) Smith of Gettysburg and Dale A. Kline of Reading.
He was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School and worked in customer service with Lowes Home Improvement Store, Reading.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Tiffany A. Bauman of Reading and a brother, Anthony M. Billman of Pottstown. He is also survived by his nieces, Harmony M. Bauman and Alexandra B. Billman as well as his nephew Dominic W. Figard. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Elma Billman of Hamburg and his step father, Daniel G. Smith of Gettysburg. Also his surrogate mother and father, Claude (Jay) and Carol Gosch.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Theo. C. Auman, Inc. Funeral Home, 247 Penn Street, Reading, Pa. 19601. Interment will be private at the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist with final expenses can be made payable to the funeral home at the address above.
