Gail Allen (Al) Stower was born on June 27, 1946 in Corning, CA and passed away on June 11, 2020 at the age of 73 in Redding, CA. Al served in the U.S. Army and served in Viet Nam. He graduated from Chico State University in 1973 with a bachelor of arts degree in history. He married his wife, Ann, that same year. Al was retired from the U.S. Postal Service where he worked for over 30 years. Al is survived by his wife, Ann Stower of Redding, his brother Paul Stower of French Gulch, and his sister Elaine Moore of Redding.
