Joan Larabee

Joan was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt who loved her family deeply.

She was an incredible cook and loved to sew, crochet, paint, craft, read, garden and camp. Her family and friends will always remember her as a kind, hardworking and energetic person who would do anything for anyone.

Joan is survived by her husband of 57 years, Melvin; sons Richard (wife Cindy) and David (wife Bonnie); grandchildren Josh (wife Brittany), Nicole, Cody (fiancé Breanna), Tyler and Reanna; great-grandchildren Katelyn and one on the way; sisters Jackie (husband Jim); Cynthia, Donna (husband Greg) and Freida; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Jack & Glady Mae and brother Richard.

There will be a family graveside service at Lawncrest Memorial Park on March 19, 2021 at 1:00 PM. A luncheon will follow. Professional services are being handled by Blair’s Direct Cremation & Burial Services & Lawncrest Memorial Park and Chapel.
