John is survived by his daughter Kari Stewart; his daughter Abi Surgeon; his daughter Emmie Mackenzie; and his son Todd Manahan; his brother Paul Coonradt, his sister Holly Ellis and his sister Betty Fredrick; his grandson Lucas Hayes, his grandson Coleson Shipley, his grandson Cameron Forby, his grandson Nicholas Warren, his grandson Dakota Mackenzie, his grandson Ozzy Mackenzie, his grandaughter Talore Shipley, his granddaughter Lydia Manahan, his granddaughter Cheyenne Mackenzie, his great grandchild Bella Forby, his great grandchild Lilly Forby and his great grandchild Riley Forby.

John is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service for John will be held Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Lawncrest Chapel & Memorial Park, 1522 East Cypress Ave, Redding, California 96002. Following the graveside service will be a reception at 1:00 PM at The Stewart Home, 6210 Gold Hills Ct., Redding, Ca.
