Shirley Ann Hovater

Shirley Hovater 79 of Redding, California passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025. At her home with her husband Donnie holding her and talking to her with her pets around her. Shirley passed peacefully while Donnie holding her. Shirley has a son, Michael Conners, daughter in law Christina and Grandkids Jon Conners, Kelli E Conner and Kelli S Conners of Redondo Beach, California and a daughter, Stacy Phelps of Flora, Illinois. On Stacy side Shirley had 3 grandkids Kacy, Allie and Ryan and 3 great grandkids Zariyah, Karis, Sawyer and 1 one the way. Shirley went to church at Faith Assembly Pastor Paul and Lola Tilley on airport Road. Shirley was a housekeeper had her own business for 50 years. Her clientes loved her very much and miss her. Shirley was a giving person. She helped and contributed at the Rescue mission and contributed to Happy Valley Teen Challenge and many more.Shirley also mentor kids when she was younger. Shirley was loved by many for what she did to make this world better place.
