Dad was a Tool-maker in the auto industry last working in the experimental department for the Jaguar motor company. After retiring at 65, he and mom moved to the North West coast of England where he learned a new trade, making decorative wrought iron pieces for homes and businesses in the area.
At 75, he decided to really retire and he and my mom traveled all over Europe and of course visiting us in the US. In 1993, at the age of 80, dad moved to California and we had the pleasure of his presence for the last 17 years. Dad always said that he had no regrets and that he has had a 'GOOD INNINGS'.
There will be a Wake on Monday, December 13th at his home at 718 Teakwood Drive at 2:00 p.m.
