Gloria Seward Demorest

Gloria was preceded in death by her first husband Frank Seward, their daughter Diane Seward-Gourlay, and son Frank Seward Jr. Gloria is also preceded in death by her second husband Donald Demorest and their son Rusty (Diane) Demorest. Gloria was also preceded in death by her siblings Carl, Ruth, Betty, Albert, and Bill.

Gloria is survived by the following children from her first marriage: her son Tom (Felicia) Seward; daughter Deborah Seward, and daughter Cynthia Butt. Gloria is also survived by the following stepchildren from her second marriage: son Don (Terri) Demorest; son Jim Demorest; daughter Sally (Marty) Roelofs; son Max (Laura) Demorest; son Craig (Laura) Demorest; and daughter Chris (Brian) Shears. Gloria also leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren from her marriage to Frank, as well as 27 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren from her marriage to Donald.

Gloria was also survived by her siblings Grace, Jimmy, and Sharon.

Gloria was a kind hearted woman who enjoyed spending time with her family and doting on her numerous grand and great grandchildren. She was a generous woman with a gentle touch and she will be missed by all those who knew her.

Visitation for Gloria will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 5-8pm at Harry J Will Funeral Home, 25450 Plymouth Rd, Redford, MI 48239. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019, in state from 10am-12pm, with a service at noon.
