Sandra Sandy "Sandy" L. Norris

Sandra Lee Norris was born August 11, 1937 to Vincent and Carmen Covell. After finishing high school, she worked for Avon Cosmetics for many years, completing her service to the company as a District Manager. She was active in her community throughout her life, being involved with the neighborhood watch, being president of the Franklin Park Community Park and as a long time member of the Detroit First Church of the Nazarene in Northville, Michigan.

Sandy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roy L. Norris and her father Vincent Covell and is survived by her mother Carmen and her two children John (Diane) Norris and Tracy (Richard) Will. She is the grandmother of Kristopher, Bob, Vinnie (Ashley), Austin, Carson and Calysta and the great grandmother of Karley, Oliver, Montana and Spencer. She is also survived by her sister Helen.

Friends may visit Sandy's family during a memorial gathering in her honor on Saturday January 28, 2012 from 10 am until her memorial service at 11 am at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, located at 25450 Plymouth Road in Redford, Michigan 48239. The funeral home is on the north side of Plymouth Road between Telegraph and Beech Daly Roads.

Sandy's family asks that memorials be made in her honor to her church or to the Aniti-Cruelty Society:
