

Alvin V. Busser, best known to family and friends as "Bud", passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in the early hours of June 9th, from a long, hard fought battle with leukemia and most recent congestive heart failure.
Serving his Country, Bud was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Forces 33rd Communications Squadron receiving the Good Conduct and Korean SV Medal of Honors. Bud then worked heavy construction machinery with various local companies for 30 years to retirement in 1993.
Activities included volunteering at the Carnation Senior Center as well as being a member of the Board of Director and greeter with the Overlake Christian Church for several years, then transferred his membership to Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church. His passion was helping others, working outside, gardening and enjoying the sunshine.
He is survived by his wife Patricia of 56 years, son Carl (Katherine) of Alamosa, Colorado, daughter Cindy (Doug Kosanke) of Bellevue, Washington, and son Steve (Lynn) of Fall City, Washington; grandkids, Buddy, Steffan, Kevin, Zach, Kaitlyn, and Madison; sister Caroline Main of Snoqualmie, Washington, and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church, 36017 SE Fish Hatchery Rd, Fall City, Washington, 98024, on June 25, 2014 at 1:30 p.m.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Carnation Senior Center in Snoqualmie Valley or the Snoqualmie Valley Alliance Church.
