A graduate of Arellano Memorial College, she later immigrated to the United States in search of better opportunities for her loved ones. A devoted mother of three and grandmother of nine, she worked tirelessly to support her family. She also spent over three decades working at Swedish, where she lovingly cared for newborn babies and touched the lives of many families.
Carmelita was generous and selfless, helping bring relatives to the United States and supporting family members back home. Her kindness, strength, and love will always be remembered by her children, family, and friends.
She is survived by her three children, Lynn (Meyrick), Christopher (Chialy), and Maryann; and her nine cherished grandchildren: Sunshine, Cherry, Angelica, Judyann, Sophia, Nathan, Christian, Abigail, and Amethyst.
