Rose Mary Cavo

Rose Mary Cavo, 90 years old, passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2016. She was born to Lorenzo and Caterina Repetto in San Francisco, California, on May 18, 1926. Rose Mary grew up in San Francisco and graduated from Notre Dame high school in 1945 as well as from Beauty School thereafter.

She met the love of her life, Giobatta Cavo, and they married on December 14, 1946. Giobatta and Rose Mary created a home and family in San Francisco. In 1948, Rose Mary gave birth to her first child, Gloria. In 1953, her second daughter, Joanne, was born and their family was complete.

In 1955, Rose Mary and her family moved to Redwood City, California and lived a happy and productive life.

Rose Mary will be deeply missed by her daughter Joanne Quirk and son-in-law Mike Quirk, who have cared for her for the past 12 years. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren, their spouses, two great grandchildren, and dog Skip.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Redwood Chapel, 847 Woodside Road, Redwood City, CA. 94061 at 11:00 am.
