Samuel Sam Adam Christiansen

Mr. Samuel “Sam” Adam Christiansen died peacefully at home on April 24, 2015 in San Jose, California at the age of 34. Sam is survived by his wife Isis and their puppies Barkley and Miley; and his parents Sandy and Shirley Christiansen, Grandpa Larry Smith; Brother Shane and wife Alma and their two daughters Brianna and Alexia; Sister Samantha Christiansen and her two children Elizabeth and Kenneth; Aunt Ginger and Uncle Guy McMahan; cousins and friends. He is joined in heaven with his Grandma Allene Christiansen and Grandma Lucille Smith. Sam was born on October 12, 1980 in Santa Clara, California. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1998. He met the love of his life Isis Christiansen and married her in November 2014. Together they celebrated their love for each other and treated everyday as a blessing and a miracle. Everyone will remember him as a kind, hard-working, loving man who would do anything he could to make sure you were happy. Family and friends are invited to attend viewing on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 5-9pm and Funeral Service on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 9:30am at Oak Hill Funeral Home’s Chapel of the Oaks, 300 Curtner Ave. San Jose, Ca 95125.
