

Joe Carrasco, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and cherished son, passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on July 19, 1967 to Jesse and Minerva Carrasco, Joe lived a life marked by devotion, kindness, and deep love for his family.
Joe’s greatest joy was found in those he held closest to his heart. As a father, he guided his children with strength, patience, and unwavering support, instilling in them values of compassion and integrity. As a grandfather, he found delight in laughter, storytelling, and the simple, precious moments that became treasured memories. As a brother, he was a true companion, always ready with a helping hand, a listening ear, or a warm smile. As a son, he honored the traditions and values passed down through his family, grandparents, parents, aunts & uncles, bringing pride and comfort to all who knew him.
He is survived by his daughter Stephanie, his son Joseph, his fiance Margaret, his brothers Jesse, Thomas, Nathan, Gilbert, and Gabriel, his mother Minerva, and his aunts Martha, Bertha, Cristina, and Juanita. His legacy also lives on through his grandchildren, Ezra and Ellie, who will carry forward the spirit of kindness and resilience he so beautifully embodied.
Services will include a viewing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m., at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Chapel, 2200 S. Reed Avenue, Reedley, CA 93654. A Funeral Mass in Joe’s honor will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Anthony of Padua, Old Church, 1060 F Street, Reedley, CA 93654. A Celebration of Life reception will follow immediately at Dopkins Reedley Funeral Chapel. Interment will take place at a later date with immediate family.
Joe’s warmth, humor, and generosity touched countless lives. As an avid Bulldogs, Lakers, Giants, and 49ers fan, he loved attending and watching sporting events with family and friends. He also loved spending time on the golf course at Belmont Country Club where he held a single-digit handicap. He will be missed beyond measure and remembered always as a loving, generous man who held his children, grandchildren, and extended family close to his heart.
