Donnie Kim Sparvier

Donnie Kim Sparvier (June 25, 1965 - March 8, 2023) late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully at home and has gone to join his parents Albina “Pozo” Sparvier and Donald Delorme; brother Darrell (Honey) Sparvier; niece/sister Hali Sparvier; niece April Sparvier; mother-in-law Catherine Akapew; brothers-in-law Randy Gambler and Sheldon Akapew; and sister-in-law Maureen Akapew. Donnie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his companion and soul mate, Delanne Akapew; his baby Donnie “jr.” Sparvier; brothers Duane, Doug, and Darcy (Anita); sisters Donna, Debbie, Doreen, Donalda, Danita, Dennine (Linus) and Denise Sparvier; children Terrance Ahenakew-Sparvier, Devon Ahenakew, Kimberley Sparvier, Donnelly Sparvier, Donnica Sparvier, Jay Jay Mosquito, April Quewezance, Mercedes Myran, Jorrie Forrest, Michell Monroe, Santana Monroe, and Crystal Wesaquate; his "pride and joy" Creedance and Creemarie Monroe and his grandchildren whom he loved unconditionally; sister-in-law Laureen Akapew; brother-in-law Laurence Akapew; special sister-in-law Nadine Akapew; special nieces Daphne Lavallee and Catherine Akapew, as well as each one of his nieces and nephews, who were all his favourites in his eyes; special friends René (Toad), Warren Taypotat, Bruce Henry, and Perry. Donnie’s whole life was for his family. He was a devoted and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Donnie was a fun loving, kind and a friendly individual who was always willing to help others. He made lasting impressions on everyone he met. Donnie will be sadly missed and never forgotten by all. The Wake will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the Genesis Hall, 1165 Pasqua Street, Regina, SK at 4:00 p.m. with The Funeral Service to follow on Tuesday March 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. We will then take Donnie to his final resting place at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK. The family invites you to join them with a lunch to celebrate Donnie’s life, following the Interment.
