It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Leonard Cheekinew.
Leonard was predeceased by his father, Wilfred Nippi and his mother, May Rose Cheekinew.
He is survived by his sisters and brothers. On his father’s side: Irene, Joseph, Stan,and Sarah Nippi. On his mother’s side: Clara, Fred, Gordon, Sandra, Gwen, Lawrence, Stan, Clarence and Lori. Also, Uncle Charles and Aunt Harriet Lynx as well as numerous nephews, nieces and grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at Lee’s Funeral Home in Regina,SK, on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 11:00 A.M., followed by interment at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, Regina,SK. with Elder Nick Helliwell officiating.
