Paul Peter Eberle

June 25, 1937 - February 19, 2026

Paul Peter Eberle passed away peacefully with family by his side on February 19, 2026, at the age of 88. He is survived by his children, Michelle Eberle (Curtis Drul); Nanette Best (Jordon) and their family, Allysa (Blake) and their children, Charlotte, Jack and Meghan (Ty) and their child, Everette; Morene Eberle; and Marc Eberle (Jodi) and their family, Alora (Emmanuel), Raya, Samson, Sawyer, Gianna, Jessa and Analise; sister, Pat Eberle; sisters-in-law, Betty Eagleson, Eileen (Terry) Young, Teresa (Warren) Johnson; and many nephews and nieces.

Paul was predeceased by his wife, Vera Eberle; his parents, Thomas and Katherine Eberle; brothers, Alex Eberle and Dan Eberle; sister, Lauretta Schaeffer; brothers-in-law, Nick Schaeffer and Jim Eagleson; sister-in-law, Rose Eberle; nephew, Doug Schaeffer; as well as his granddaughter, Chesney Eberle.

Paul was born and raised on the family farm near Davin, SK. The family farm was his pride and joy, and he often enjoyed helping whenever he could, even after he and Mom retired to Balgonie, SK. Many will also remember his love of woodworking and cabinetry. When he wasn’t farming, he could often be found in his workshop, building kitchen cabinets, a bookshelf or a special project for a neighbour or two. His gentle spirit will be remembered for everything that he did, and he was always ready and willing to lend a helping hand.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to William Albert House for the compassionate care they provided during his final years. The family also wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at the General Hospital and the Palliative Care Unit at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre.

The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, in Balgonie, SK on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 10:30am, with Father Yannick N’Cho as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan, 301-2550-12th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan S4P 3X1.
