He was predeceased by his parents Walter & Marjorie; his sister Marlene; brothers-in-law Ed, Bruce, Gary and Wayne. He is survived by his wife Deb; son Derick (Brenda); daughter Amanda (Brett) Strong; and grandchildren Cailee and Caleb Strong; as well as his siblings Eleanor, Beverley, Donna, Barbara, Lyle (Charlene) and Rae (Michelle); father and mother in law George and Donna; brother in law Arnie; and aunts/uncles/nieces/nephews/cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home (2080E Victoria Ave) on Friday, November 14 at 1:00, followed by light refreshments at the Canadian Brewhouse, 2005 Prince of Wales Drive. Please dress casual.
