It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and family member Robert James Flanders at the All Nations Healing Hospital in Fort Qu’Appelle, SK on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the age of 72. Bob was born on October 1, 1940 to Cecil and Davina Flanders in Nipawin, SK. and raised on the family farm in Choiceland, Saskatchewan. Bob worked for the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool for over 30 years until his retirement in 1994. He is survived by his wife Frieda Bellegarde, sons Brent Amyotte Barry (Doris) Amyotte, Walter, daughters, Bev Bellegarde (Phil), Marla Mitchell, his sister Norma (Mort) Seaman, brother-in-law Harold Engel as well as many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Bob is blessed to have many loving friends and family who are left to mourn his passing. He was predeceased by his parents Cecil and Davina, his sister Doris Engel, and brothers Glen, Ronald and Harold Flanders. The memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK with Jennifer Thompson officiating.
