Stephen Wenger

1945 - 2016

Stephen passed away peacefully after a short stay in the Regina General Hospital. Stephen was predeceased by his parents Ethel and Michael. He is survived by his brothers John (Pat), Greg (Denise), and Mark (Susan), sister Bev (Fraser) Brooks, Special Friend Gail Ripplinger, numerous nieces and nephews. Stephen was born in Welland, Ontario and moved to Regina in 1964 with his family. In 1988 he moved to Huston Heights where he made numerous friends. A Prayer Service will be held on Monday August 29, 2016 at 7 PM in the Chapel of Lee Funeral Home, 3101 Dewdney Ave. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 100 Argyle St, Regina on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 10 AM with Rev. J.B. Okai Celebrant. Interment will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery. A Special thanks to Dr. Lok and Sharon Cummins at the Huston Heights, Alex, Kate and all the nurses on 5E and our appreciation to Jerry Fitzgerald – Chaplain who helped us through this difficult time.
