On Saturday December 10, 2016 Tadeusz “Ted” Pierre Lebioda, passed away at the age of 88. He was predeceased by his wife Czeslawa, his brother Stephan; sisters Monique and Irena. He leaves to cherish his memory, sons Adam (Irena), Michael, Karel, Adam Jr and daughter Eva (Tony) Hnatiuk, Timothy, brother Henry and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The Lebioda family immigrated to Canada from Poland in 1960, settling in Regina. Ted was employed as a machinist with IPSCO. He enjoyed inventing, fixing and creating things by painting, welding and carving. He opened his home and spread his generosity to everyone. He served under British Command with the Polish underground during WWII, receiving numerous medals and citations. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday December 17, 2016 at 11:00am, at St. Mary’s Parish, 2026 Winnipeg Street in Regina, Sk. Rev. Stan Poszwa will be officiating. The family extends their gratitude to the staff of the veteran’s unit at Wascana Rehabilitation, for their exceptional care.
