Venessa Paidamoyo Sadzamare

Venessa Paidamoyo Sadzamare passed away on Friday February 14, 2014 at the age of 14. She was born to a loving and humble family, joining four brothers. Charles and Busi, her parents were blessed with an angel, which has returned to where she belongs. Venessa was born on April 27, 1999 in Harare, Zimbabwe. She lived there until she was five years old, moving to Canada in 2004. From grade 2 to grade 8 she attended St Andrews, a French Immersion school and chose Leboldus for High School. Venessa was heavily involved in the community. She helped out with the Daughters of Africa and at Eastside United Church, including numerous activities at school where her time and effort were greatly appreciated. She was very athletic, growing up playing soccer and transitioning to wrestling, just like her brothers. She loved reading and broke records for reading over 100 books a year. Her friends loved her very much as she always carried a good mood and bright smile. Goofy at times and serious when it was needed, she was young but an old soul. She was blessed and gifted with multiple talents, some she had yet to discover. We will cherish the special moments she shared with friends and family. The family wishes to thank all those who cared for her during her time here and all those who are grieving with us and everyone’s contributions are greatly appreciated beyond a thank you. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 East Victoria Avenue from 7:00pm – 8:00pm. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am.
