Walter, age 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Pasqua Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, Cape Breton Island, Walter attended Mount Allison University and received a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia. Residing in Regina, Walter built his career and worked at SaskTel for 33 years. He enjoyed travelling with his family across Canada and attending Roughrider football games. Walter is survived by his wife of 57 years, Florence; his son Douglas and two sisters. Honoring Walter’s request, funeral arrangements will be private.
