

Anthony “Tony” Francis Marino, 74, of Exeter Twp., passed away on May 7, 2016 at his Avalon, NJ beach home where he was a summer resident for over 29 years. He was the loving husband of MaryAnn (Arthur) Marino. The couple renewed their 50th Wedding Vows in August 2013.
Born in Philadelphia on May 11, 1941, Tony was a son of the late Samuel and Elvera (DeMarco) Marino. He was a 1959 Harriton High School graduate in Lower Merion Twp. PA.
He was the owner and CEO of Trinity Paving Co. in Plymouth Meeting where he worked for 52 years until his retirement in 2006. He and MaryAnn enjoyed traveling and visited over 40 countries on five continents. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Paris which included a memorable dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower.
Among his favorites pastimes were bowling and golfing and spending time with his daughters and grandchildren. Tony was also an avid and devoted Philadelphia Phillies fan; he held season tickets for 45 years!
Tony was a devout catholic and belonged to the St. Catharine of Siena parish in Exeter Twp. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus with the church.
In addition to his wife, MaryAnn, Tony is survived by three daughters, Lisa (Marino) Hallowell and her husband, Michael of Horsham, Jill (Marino) Mastandrea and her husband, Thomas of Exeter Twp. and Megan C. Marino and her fiancé, John Long of Philadelphia; six grandchildren, Joshua Arentz Hallowell, Mia Estee Hallowell, Lili Hana Hallowell, Anna Marguerite Mastandrea, Ryan Thomas Mastandrea and Correy Hayden Marino and a great grandson, John Anthony Marino.
In addition to his parents, Tony is predeceased by a son, Scott A. Marino.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Friday, May 13, 2016 in St. Catharine of Siena RCC, 4975 Boyertown Pike, Reading, PA 19606 with Rev. Msgr. Edward R. Domin as celebrant. Family and friends will be received on Thursday May 12, 2016 in Auman’s Inc. Funeral Home, 390 W. Neversink Rd., Reading, PA 19606 from 7 to 9pm and at the church on Friday from 9:30am until the time of mass. Tony will be laid to rest in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
