He was the husband of Diane A. (Yeager) Berry.
He was born in Limerick, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late John Joseph Pershing Berry, Sr. and Helen Louise (Barthel) Berry.
He attended Spring Ford High School and was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War having served on the aircraft carrier USS Kersarge. He worked as a material handler at Valley Forge Flag Company, Womelsdorf and then later was employed with Flagzone of Oaks, Pennsylvania.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Michael E. Gazzillo of North Reading. He is also survived by his brothers Douglas Berry of Perkiomenville and Donald Berry of Lower Alsace Township. He is also survived by his granddaughter Brooke Gazzillo. He was predeceased by a brother John "Jack" Berry, Jr.
