We all miss you so much wish you were here again!

Evelyn, I still miss you! It’s already been 14 months since you left us. Praying for your 3 children’s and your families!🙏

I worked with Evelyn at Northwest Airlines. She was always fun to work with!  I loved seeing her whenever she would come to Sea-Tac airport! During the pandemic many airline masks were made by Evelyn. My friend Jim said you should share on the Hughes Airwest website and she received many orders for her creative masks. Several days later she mailed Jim many airline face masks as a Thank You! A heart of Gold! If we all could be more like Evelyn ,the World would be a kinder and more compassionate place! 

💔🙏In memory of Evelyn Hou  : a sincere thank you and heart-broken farewell to my multi-talented, loyal & good friend ever since junior high school, "Swag Queen" & proprietor of NVImprints & Bellevue Embroidery...my former biz partner who had followed me into two different network marketing businesses (Solavei & FutureNet) as my downline recruit; and always generously offered me front row V.I.P. sponsor tickets to beauty pageants and fashion show events; not to mention being a talented amateur photographer, logo & graphic designer, City of Renton Volunteer of the Year Award Recipient, generous sponsor and T-Shirt donor for local city, state, and national beauty pageants, fashion shows, model competitions, and community events, etc...I admire your incredible work ethic, love and dedication to your late husband,  children and family: especially for sacrificing your own career to assist with your husband's business; grooming Lena to be an awesome singer; chauffering her to voice lessons and so many events to sing the national anthem; and grooming Leon to become an artist. I love your photography, especially the Supet Blood Moon photo collage you created during Lunar eclipse.

Praying for you, Shula, Lena, Leon & Ian. You are dearly missed by me and will live forever in my memory with all the good times and bad that we shared... until we see each other in heaven again....😢🙏

I have known her for the last 7 years as a friend, fund-raising collaborator and designer extraordinaire. Evelyn was such a strength in the Hazen High community not only as an exemplary role model for parents who support PTSA (served as the President) and Boosters (all the banners and 50th anniversary commemoratives; countless costume designs like the ones below), she was omni-present at most Hazen events with her camera. I will miss her positive mojo and smile in the face of all adversities…nothing seemed to deter her. I am sure she instilled all these values in her 3 kids; so saddened for their loss. She will live in our memories for ever. RIP Evelyn 💕

Evelyn was the heart and soul of Hazen's 50th anniversary celebration.  She provided so many beautiful signs, cards, shirts and back drops.  Her generosity  with her time, contacts and knowledge were so necessary as we put our celebration together.  As a graduate of Hazen High School in 1974 and the Athletic Admin Asst. for 23 years,  she personally made me my own 50th sweatshirt with my name and graduation year on the back and surprised me with it to wear the night of the Homecoming Football game!   I wear it proudly and will remember what a wonderful woman she was and how much she loved Hazen.

I was saddened  to hear  the news about Evelyn.  I initially met with Evelyn at one of the school events at Sierra Height Elementary School where Ian and my daughter ( Paisley) went together.  Evelyn had encouraged me to join the PTSA back then, I truly applaud Evelyn ‘s enthusiasm and active involvement to her children school and the community.  Besides that, we had continued our partnership along friendship to work on a promotional gifts project for a local nonprofit organization.  

It was truly a pleasure knowing Evelyn for years. She will be deeply missed! Our family is keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers.
