Feliciano "Ising" S. Turla

Ising was born to parents Salome and Alfredo Turla, on January 24, 1940, in Pampanga, Philippines. Ising graduated High School from University of Santo Thomas Manila, Philippines in 1954 and received his Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Far Eastern University Manila, Philippines in 1958. Ising married Alejandrina, the love of his life, in 1966 and started a family. Ising selflessly worked abroad most of his time to support his family. Together with their four children, Ising and his wife immigrated to the USA in 1990 to join his mom and siblings. His late brother Jose Turla petitioned the family.

Ising is survived by his wife, Alejandrina, of 54 years, his three daughters Michielle (Jason), Marie (Eugene), Marifel (Joe), his only son Michael and his nine grandchildren, Jan Michael, Joshua, Justin, Marc, Matthew, Ryan, Jasmine, Nathan and Andrew. Ising is also survived by his brothers Ben (Glo), Rudy (Beth), Peter (Auring) and Phil (Dory), his only sister Cora (Steve), sister-in-law, Aurora and Linda Turla and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and cousins. Ising was preceded in death by parents Salome and Alfredo, brothers Jose, Antonio, Alfredo Jr. and his beloved nephew Enrique Turla.

Ising was known for his sense of humor, cooking and entertaining. He was a devoted and doting husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. All who knew him will miss his laughter and love of life.
