William T. Chambers Jr. of Newcastle, WA died on 9/26/2016 in his home. He was 91. He was born in Kansas in 1925 and lived in Newcastle for 30 years. He enjoyed traveling and genealogy often combining both. Bill was a navy veteran serving as an aviation machinist mate from 1942-1946. He worked for the Boeing company as an aerospace machinist.
He is survived by his sons, William T. Chambers III of Bonney Lake, WA Steven D. Chambers of Medical Lake, WA and daughter Brenda D. Huse of Spokane, WA, nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, As well as his sisters Thelma Jones of Enumclaw, WA and Margaret Vallandingham of Renton, WA.
Funeral services are planned for 11 am on Saturday 10/8/2016 at the Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton, WA. Memorials may be made to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
