Janice Drexler

Janice M. Drexler, age 61 or Rhinelander, died on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Marshfield, WI, on March 2, 1950 the daughter of Gilbert and Irene (Griebel) Engmann. She attended Columbus High School in Marshfield. On September 4, 1971 she married Lawrence Drexler Jr. in Stratford, WI. From 1985 – 1997 she ran her own daycare business. Janice enjoyed crafts, flower gardens, having family times and helping with holiday get togethers, and her pride and joy was her grandson Logan whom she loved dearly.

Janice is survived by her husband Lawrence, her daughter Tonya (Doug Nehring), her son Eric (Karla), her brother Donald (Kathy) Engmann, her sisters Carol (David) Olson and Mary Hrebil, her brother- in-law Kenneth Bohman and her grandson Logan and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margaret Bohman and brother, Richard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father John Gerritts officiating. Interment will be at St Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
