Nancy Jean Arrowood

Nancy J. Arrowood, age 68, of Rhinelander passed away November 12, 2012 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 26, 1944 in L’Anse, Michigan to Harry and Hilda (Loka) Edwardson. Nancy retired after 35 years of employment with Headwaters Regional Achievement Center as an independent living instructor. She enjoyed reading, cooking, making other laugh, gambling and spending time with her grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Jack her children; Terrie (Craig) Plant, Suamico, Wisconsin, Jimmy (Brenda) Bleimehl of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Wendy Towne of Rhinelander, Eric (Jenny) Bleimehl of Menominee Falls, Wisconsin and Chad “Twig” (Michelle) Arrowood of Rhinelander, 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Her sisters,; Donna Pasanen and Gail O’Brien both of Rhinelander. She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Mike Arrowood.

A celebration of Nancy’s life will be Friday, November 16, 2012 from 11:00am until 2:00pm at the Hildebrand Russ Funeral Home, 715-365-4343. Burial will follow at Northland Memorial Park Cemetery.
