Brunhilde M. Walter (Oma), was born in Fawcett, Canada on April 25, 1914 and was raised in Bavaria, Germany. She was a registered nurse in Detroit, MI and Dallas, TX for 30+ years. She passed away in Houston, TX on Jan. 8, 2012. She is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Joe and Margaret and Tony and Dianne and daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Lawson Thurlow, 16 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2012 with Recitation of the Rosary at 7 PM at Sparkman Funeral Home in Richardson, TX. Funeral Mass will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 at Calvary Hill Cemetery North Mausoleum Chapel in Dallas, TX, led by Msgr. Don Fischer.
