Cynthia Taylor Hertz, long time resident of Dallas, passed away December 13, 2013 after a short illness. She delighted friends and family with her cooking and baking and was an active volunteer in the Jewish community. She was preceded in death by Joseph Hertz and is survived by daughter, Elizabeth Hertz of Dallas, Texas and two sons, Howard Hertz of Pasadena, California and his wife Karen Carlisi and Raymond Hertz and his wife Ann Tobias of McKinney, Texas, and five grandchildren, Rebecca, Jenny, Leo, Dimitri and Nathan.
