He was born in Ogallala, Nebraska on August 25, 1917. Jack graduated from Ogallala High School and then attended The University of Nebraska.
He was married to Mary Lee Adams Scott for 70 years. Jack worked in auto sales and the banking industry. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and also had a passion for flying.
Jack is survived by Sons, Robert E Scott and Joe David Scott; Daughter, Susan Robinson Cheney; Grandchildren, Doug Scott, Jeff Scott, Ty Robinson; Great Grandchildren, Taylor Scott, Rob Scott, Mara Scott and Preston Scott.
There will be a visitation from 8am-5pm Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Graveside service Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 1:30 pm at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
