I am speechless. My memories of Jeff from high school and the Navy are nothing compared to the mamories of his family. My sincere condolences to his family. Hopefully there is some comfort knowing that Jeff is surely with the Lord and was a positive influence on everyone who met him.

Dear family of Jeffrey Muir, "El Jefe" was one of the best friends I ever had during our service in the Navy together. We attended the same boot-camp, "A" school, and the same division on the USS John C. Stennis. It was an honor to know Jeff and work alongside him as well. Last I had talked to him was about 2 months ago, and last I had seen him is when he came to my parents home in Austin,Tx a year ago. I am truly sorry to hear of your loss, God Bless.
