Services for Maria Isabel Lopez, 85, of Dallas will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2012 at St Edwards Catholic Church, 4014 Simpson Street, Dallas, Tx. She passed away Thursday, October 4, 2012 at her home. The family will receive friends for visitation Sunday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at Sparkman Funeral Home Chapel in Richardson, followed by a Rosary at 7:00.
Maria was born November 20, 1926 in Durango, Mexico to Marcos Lopez and Maria R. Vazquez. She married Incocente Najera who preceded her in death March 14, 2010. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Juanita Najera and a son, Ismael Najera.
Survivors include two sons, Francisco Najera and Gileberto Najera and two daughters, Rosa Maria Hernandez and Maria Del Rosario Diaz; 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
