

and Savior at his home on Thursday, January 10, 2013. He was preceded in death by his
parents, Pablo Homs Sr and Alicia Hernandez.
Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, Pablo proudly served his country in the Army during
two tours in the Vietnam war. He went on to become a photographer. After several years of
being a photographer, he followed his passion for cars, specifically Corvettes, where he
began his career as a car salesman. Pablo never strayed far from his Puerto Rican roots or
love for music and throughout his life he played in numerous bands and drum festivals,
with the conga drums being his first choice.
He is survived by his spouse, Martha Summers Homs. Two brothers, Edwin "Sonny"
Hernandez and Ivan Homs. As well as four sisters, Lourdes "Marie" Borst, Elba Homs,
Awilda Homs, and Judith Homs-Tomes. Two daughters, Alicia Homs Glass and spouse
Billy Glass, and Ana Homs Daniels. Five grandchildren, EmmaLee Daniels, Andrew
Daniels, Savannah Glass, Cheyenne Glass, and Mallory Glass.
The memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 13, 2013, 3:00pm at Sparkman
Funeral Home, 1029 South Greenville Ave. Richardson, Tx 75081.
The family wishes to thank all those who cared for Pablo during his last days. Donations
