Paul N. Delfeld Sr., 74, Of Dallas, born September 30, 1936 in Los Angeles, CA, passed away September 8, 2011 in Dallas. Paul was a 1955 graduate of North Dallas High School and went on to run the family business, Delfeld & Son Plumbing. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Henrietta. He is survived by his four children, Paul N. Delfeld Jr. and wife Lauri of Chicago, Pamela M. Alexander of Lewisville, Patricia A. Fauci and husband Robert of Bastrop, Philip J. Delfeld and wife Janel of Plano, ten grandchildren, and one great grandson. Honorable, caring, and always ready to help others, he will be missed by many. Visitation will be held Monday, September 12, 2011, from 6:00-8:00pm at Sparkman Funeral Home in Richardson. Funeral Mass will be held 3:00pm, Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 West Spring Creek Parkway, Plano, TX 75023.
