Sylvia Curlin Boyd, 78, passed away peacefully June 2, 2015 in Plano, TX. Sylvia was born on June 4, 1936 in Tampa, FL to Muriel Fox and Roger B. Curlin, Sr. She was happily married to Albert L. Boyd, Jr. for 57 years.
They have one daughter, Cynthia Boyd Coley and husband Tony, two grandchildren, Jennifer Coley Youssif and Alexander B. Coley, and one great granddaughter, Layla Alexandra Youssif.
Family was the most important thing in Sylvia’s life. Nothing made her happier than to be surrounded by family, especially when she cooked for them. She was co-owner with her husband of Baby Town in Ft. Myers, FL for 23 years.
She was a loving and caring wife, mother and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 6-8:00p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Sparkman Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 10:30a.m., Friday, June 5, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2700 W. Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023.
Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park.
