He was born in Vietnam on July 1, 1941. Tinh graduated from Taberd and received an Associate Degree in English from Michigan State.
He was married to Thieu Minh Nguyen on October 12, 1970.
Tinh had a career in hotel hospitality and worked for Marriott and Wyndham.
He had a passion for tennis and spending time with his grandchildren.
Tinh was survived by his wife, Thieu Minh Nguyen; daughter, Cathy Nguyen (Tai); and grand-daughters Abby Trinh Nguyen and Katie Tram Nguyen.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 11am - 7PM, January 13th and January 14th, at Sparkman Funeral Home.
