

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, John Tiffney and Willie Lois Taylor, husband, Charles William Moore, daughter, Julie Ann Moore, brother, J.T. Taylor and sister-in-law Anna Taylor, sister -in-law Billie Nichols, sister-in-law Peggy Butcher, and brother-in-law Richard Moore. She is survived by daughter, Cynthia Vick and husband Doyle and children Kylie and Corey; daughter Susan Carson and children Andy Carson, Danny Carson, and Amanda Owens and husband Brian; daughter Carol and husband Kevin Watson and children Aaron and Lorna; her son, Charles William Moore III; brother-in-law Leonard Butcher and wife Betty; brother-in-law James Nichols; sister-in-law Patricia Moore; and several nieces and nephews.
Virginia graduated from North Dallas High School and then attended business college, after which she had several secretarial positions. Shortly after, she married and put her career on hold to become a full time mom. After her children were in grade school to high school, she, in her own home, took care of children of families where both parents worked. She went on to work at Richardson East Church of Christ as a day care provider, and then worked for Waterview Christian Preschool, teaching a three year old class. She was a charter member of the Waterview Church of Christ in Richardson, Texas,
serving as a faithful servant of God and Christ. She was a loving wife and mother, a caring and giving grandmama. She was an esteemed Bible class and preschool teacher and truly enjoyed educating children. She will be greatly missed by many.
Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, May 26th at Sparkman Richardson Funeral Home. Services for Virginia will take place at 3 pm on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Waterview Church of Christ, with graveside services to follow at Restland Memorial Park.
