Betty Jo was preceded in death by her parents: Warren R. Wade and Lena Hensley Wade of Richlands; sisters: Lulabell Brewer of St. Albarns, W.VA, Ida Wade of Chillicothe, OH.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel, Richlands with Reverend Volney Bryan officiating.

She is survived by her husband: Mike Huffman; son: Donald “Doedoe” Koehne, Jr. of Jacksonville, NC; daughter: Karen Denise Graham of Richlands; brothers: Warren Lee Wade of Jacksonville, James Brown Wade of Scott Depot, W.VA; sisters: Linda Maxwell of Richlands, Lena Skenes of Burlington, NC, Brenda Douglas of Cresco, Iowa; three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Family of Betty Jo Wade Fountain.
