Edward "E.W." Walter Barbee

He was a member of the First Christian Church, Richlands. He was preceded in by his parents: Gordon and Lois Barbee; brother: Bobby Barbee.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the First Christian Church, Richlands at 6:30 p.m. with Reverend Gary Edens officiating. Burial will be on Friday, May 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Barbee Family Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife: Sandra Barbee, sons: Edward Allen Barbee of Richlands, Rusty Warren Taylor of Richlands; daughter: Karen Barbee Bristow and husband Johnnie of Richlands; six grandchildren: James, Brandon, Kristin, Richard, Braxton, Nicholas; six great grandchildren: Greg, Mikey, Abby Nathan, Dylan, Emily.

Pallbearers: Tony Bostic, Johnny Thomas, Cecil Parker, Scott Rowe, Jim Barbee, and Brandon Bristow. Honorary Pallbearers: Nicholas Bristow, Richard Barbee, and Braxton Taylor.

The family will receive friends follow the service at the church on Thursday, May 29, 2015.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
