Services arrangements for Mr. Fuller have been set, as follows: A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Fuller Funerals, 3100 Cutting Blvd in the city of Richmond, CA 94804 | 510-237-5473 followed by, a celebration of his life and his legacy from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. His final resting place will be private.
