A celebration of life for Roy will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Fuller Funerals Chapel, 3100 Cutting Blvd, Richmond, CA 94804.
Due to COVID-19 and to follow the California State guide of 25% of seating capacity, Fuller Funerals is only allowed at this time a max of 60 people. That total includes immediate family members attending the service as well.
