There will be a celebration of Ruth's life on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, 831 S 43rd Street, Richmond, CA, followed by an interment at Rolling Hills Memorial Park, 4100 Hilltop Drive, Richmond, CA 94803.
