HOWELL, Barbara S., age 63, raised in Richmond, and at the time of her death was residing in Roanoke, Va., passed away Monday, March 14, 2011. she is survived by her husband, David J. Howell; three sons, Chris D. Howell and his wife, Rikki, Jeffrey E. Howell and Greg Howell; her mother, Mildred Seamster; one sister, Deborah Padgett; also three grandchildren, Devon, Riley and Jolie.
The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Road, with a memorial service following. Interment private.
