Barbara Turner Willis, of Richmond, Va., passed away January 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kinzie Anderson Turner Jr. and Alma Briggs Turner. She is survived by her husband, Bob D. Willis. Barbara grew up in Windsor, Va., and graduated from Westhampton College. She was a member of the Boatwright Society, Spider Club and First Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held Monday, January 21, at 2 p.m., with a visitation one hour prior at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
