Bettie Huckstep Sharpe

Bettie Huckstep Sharpe, 94, of Glendale, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Sharpe. Left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Virginia Ann Sharpe and Bettie S. Hart (David); grandchildren, Matthew Hart (Kim) and Alice Tate (Travis); and great grandchildren, Joe & Daniel Hart and Natalie & Nathan Tate. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 3, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Willis United Methodist Church Building Fund.
