Bev was preceded in death by her husband, Paul LeRoy Belz, Sr.; son, Paul LeRoy Belz, Jr.; brothers, Linwood Shirley Jones, Sr. and Clifford Barry Jones.
Bev worked as a school crossing guard for Henrico County from 1969 to 2016. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church where she served as an alter guild member. Bev also enjoyed bible study, oil painting, and participated in a Puppet Safety Program.
Left to cherish Bev’s memory are her children, Cathy B. Moran (Randy), Elaine B. Farrington (Joe), Michael S. Belz (Cindy), and Daniel C. Belz (Cindy); grandchildren, Heather Long, Amanda Moran, Andrew Britton, Katelyn Martin, Jordan Belz, Ashley Belz, Daniel Belz, Justin Belz, and Savannah Belz; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bev’s name to Trinity Lutheran Church, 2315 North Parham Road, Henrico, Virginia 23229.
