Charlotte Duling Fleet

FLEET, Charlotte Duling, 85, of Varina, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. She was a member of Hardy Central Baptist Church and was a retired credit manager for BFI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Fleet; parents, Annie and Clarence Duling; and siblings, Mildred Pendergraph, Esther Wood and Clarence Duling Jr. She is survived by her son, Mark A. Fleet and his wife, Melinda; great-grandchildren, Lucas and Andrew; sisters, LaVerne Leake and Orebelle Philyaw; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 23, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where services will immediately follow at 12 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Washington Memorial Park.
