Courtney Curdts Stratton

Courtney Curdts Stratton, 61 of Richmond passed away on June 27, 2012. She was born to William T. Curdts III and the late Mildred Fleming Curdts on May 27, 1951. She was a member of West End Assembly of God being active in the Tuesday Bible Study. Courtney was an awesome wife and mother.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 38 years William Allen Stratton, her daughters Catherine Stratton Price and husband Phillip Lee Price, Elizabeth Leigh Pollert and husband Travis James Pollert, Rebekah Ann Birch and husband Ryan F. Birch, Mary Blair Stratton and fiancé Andrew Thomas Fogg, and one grandson William Phillip Price. Brothers: William Rives Curdts and wife Blair Barrett Curdts, Heath Palmer Curdts and wife Nancy Johnson Curdts and Lewis Thomas Curdts and wife Ivy Sigel, and numerous nieces and nephews. Courtney lived a life of hope, joy, and peace. Her family and friends love her and will miss her as she continues her victorious adventure face to face with Jesus.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Woody Funeral Home 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, VA. 23229. There will be a church service on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00am at West End Assembly of God with interment following at Hollywood Cemetery.
